Package:
Includes 3 nights lodging, 5 rounds of golf (90 holes of golf), bucket of range balls (at selected courses) and cart = $695 (add 4% if paid by Visa/MasterCard or 5% if paid by American Express). Includes administrative fee of $75 that goes toward golf prizes (e.g. skins, closest to pin, long drive and team competition) and a Brother United 2003 golf shirt (please indicate your size: S, M, L, XL, XXL, and XXXL) [Note air and land transportation is not included in the price]
Travel:
The BU 2003 travel agent Emily Farias of Carlson Wagonlit Travel (800/243-8646 ext. 11) can get special group rates for your airfare to and from Miami regardless, of what city you’re departing from. If you are interesting in using Emily to make your travel arrangements, please contact her directly. This year we are anticipating 40 golfers, so make your reservations early.
Deposit:
A deposit of $200.00 is due by Friday, January 24, 2003. The balance is due by Friday February 28, 2003. All deposits/payments should be made to:
